WorkCon cares about your privacy. This policy explains how we process your personal data when you visit workcon.se or contact us.

1. Data controller
   WorkCon AB, company reg. no. 556914-1707, Omvägen 9, SE-231 62 Trelleborg, Sweden, is the data controller. You can reach us at info@workcon.se or +46 (0)10-516 41 00.
2. What personal data we collect
   • Name, company, email address, phone number and the content of your message
   • IP address and technical information about your device, such as browser, operating system, device model and screen size
   • How you use the website, such as which pages you visit and your approximate city
   • Your choice in the cookie banner
3. How the data is collected
   • When you contact us by email or phone.
   • Automatically when you visit the website. Necessary technical information is always processed. Statistics and marketing cookies are only used if you have accepted them in our cookie banner. Our cookie policy lists the cookies we use.
   • Contacting us and providing information is voluntary, but without contact details we cannot reply to you.
4. Why we collect the data
   • To answer questions, prepare quotes and manage customer relationships.
   • To keep the website working and secure.
   • To understand how the website is used and improve it, with Google Analytics. We have enabled Google Signals and granular location and device data, which gives us aggregated statistics on, for example, city, device and visits across devices. We never see who you are.
   • To measure our ads and show them to you on other websites (remarketing), with Google Ads.
   • To meet legal requirements, such as accounting.
5. Legal basis
   • Answering enquiries and managing customer relationships: legitimate interest and steps before entering into a contract.
   • Website functionality and security: legitimate interest.
   • Statistics (Google Analytics): consent.
   • Ad measurement and remarketing (Google Ads): consent.
   • Storing your consent (Cookiebot): legal obligation.
   • Accounting: legal obligation.
6. Retention
   • Enquiries that do not lead to business: no more than 24 months after the last contact.
   • Contracts, quotes and invoices: as long as the law requires, for example 7 years under the Swedish Accounting Act.
   • Statistics in Google Analytics: 14 months.
   • Consents in Cookiebot: 12 months.
   • Cookie lifetimes are listed in our cookie policy.
7. Who we share data with
   We never sell your data. The following parties receive data:
   • Cookiebot (Usercentrics A/S, Denmark), which manages cookie consents.
   • Google (Google Ireland Limited, Ireland), for Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and Google Ads. For Google Ads, Google is an independent data controller. Read more about how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
   • Other IT suppliers that process data on our behalf.
8. Transfers outside the EU/EEA
   Data processed by Google may be transferred to Google LLC in the United States. Such transfers are based on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, under which Google LLC is certified.
9. Security measures
   The website is encrypted with HTTPS.
10. Your rights
    You have the right to:
    • receive a copy of the personal data we hold about you,
    • have inaccurate data corrected,
    • have your data erased when it is no longer needed, unless the law requires us to keep it,
    • object to processing based on our legitimate interest,
    • request restriction of processing and receive your data in a machine-readable format,
    • change or withdraw your consent at any time via the cookie icon in the bottom left corner of the website.
